Watz was originally charged last summer with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, causing serious injury, after she accidentally ran over Amanda Pardee, 30, of Escanaba. Pardee was a passenger and attempting to enter the car when the accident occurred at 3:04 a.m. on June 6.
